I’m interested in all areas of personal development and have been for as long as I can remember. Whether it is taking thing up a notch in your life or your career, finding healthy habits that work for you or generally getting back on track. I’m curious about how we can meet our goals and live better.
I have a BSc in Psychology and took particular interest in positive psychology and health psychology. I believe in finding ways to make the best of being human and the circumstances you have rather than looking to what is wrong.
Alongside my coaching I work for a membership organisation in their People and Culture team where I specialise in Learning and Development and wellbeing. My work supports people in their careers to give them access to more training, encourage learning and promote a healthy and supportive culture in the business.
I have a professional coaching diploma accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and I'm trained in the principles and techniques of transformational coaching. Transformational coaching encourages greater self awareness and understanding of yourself by drawing focus on you as a whole person.

Trio means a set or group of three things. In this case it is for the 3 areas I focus on in coaching. These are where my knowledge and experience lies and they underpin how I coach:
Thankfully we are all different. Drawing on my training in different coaching techniques I can find the right approach to help you tap into your own individual creativity and drive. We will look at what gets in your way too enabling you to find a way forward that works for you.
Whatever your goals relate to, we will look at the impact of decisions and actions on you and your wellbeing. Tapping into your feelings and factoring in the activities that make you feel good and do your body good.
There is always more to learn and there is always something to learn from every situation. Through coaching I will give you the space to reflect on what you are learning and we will explore what interests and excites you.
